1. Make sure that the full paper :
– Follow the JEI Template
– Turnitin Index : Less than 25%2. Name your file in following order: ID no (according to LoA)_family name_Afiliation
For example: 12_Kamsiah_Universitas Andalas
3. Your paper should be submitted to JEI using online journal system (OJS)
4. Wait for further instructions via WA group

1. All full papers must be within the conference scope
2. The rejections made by the IOP-EES so far related to the unsuitability of IOP EES scope , conference scope , or the depth of the content.
3. IOP-EES does not accept papers on insect systematics, genetics, and biomolecular unless there is a strong physics element, so papers on these topics may be rejected for scope reasons.
4. Make sure to publish no more than two papers per author (including as co-authors).
5. Publication fees are charged for articles submitted to IOP (accepted or rejected).
6. Make sure that the full paper : followed the IOP-EES template, passed the proofreading and English editing process, Turnitin index: less than 25%.
7. Name your file in following order: ID no (according to LoA)_family name_Afiliation
- For example: 12_Kamsiah_Universitas Andalas
8. Your paper will be handled using Morressier platform that similar to online journal system (OJS).
9. Wait for further instructions via WA group
